Cool off your summer days by aloe vera drink with rock sugar


Aloe vera: 500g
Lime: 1
Salt: 1 tbsp
Rock sugar: 100g
Sugar: 200g
Pandan leaf: 50g

Step 1: Peel the aloe vera and cut them into small cubes. Rinse them. Then, soak all of them into water, lime juice and salt for 15 mins and drain.

Step 2: Marinate drained aloe vera with sugar in 30 mins.

Step 3: Add rock sugar, pandan leaf and sugar marinated aloe vera into a water pot. Bring to a boil.

Step 4: Finally, enjoy the dessert!
